Dynamic Pace AB ("Company", "us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.dynamicpace.se website and the Dynamic Pace mobile application (the "Services"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from you ("User", "your" or "you") as users of the Services.

 

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information Collection And Use

 

While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, emailadress and name on social medias ("Personal Information").

While using our Services, to broaden your usage of the Services you have the possibility to add extra information ("Additional Information") such information may include, but is not limited to your weight, length, level of activity and gender. When using the Services you have the possibility of adding an import third party tool ("Health Applications", "Health Application"), such as, but not limitied to Health App iOS and Google Health. By approving on the import from a Health Application you approve of our access to the data ("Health Import") from the Health Application and our usage of the Health Import to enhance your experience of the Services. Our access to the user´s Health Import is limited to the approval of the User. If the User cancels the connection between the Dynamic Pace app and the Health Application, all Health Import will be permanently deleted from the Services. 

 

When using the Services you may add content such as recipes or workouts or food items or any other element contributing to the Services general content (“Your Content”).

2. Log Data

 

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Services ("Log Data").

 

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

 

In addition, we may use third party services such as that collect, monitor and analyze the Log data, the purpose of this processing is to customize your experience of the Services.

3. Third parties

The Services may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by the Company. Therefore, you are strongly advised to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

4. Communications

 

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may interest you as User of our Services. Should you no longer want to receive these emails you can request to be excluded in these emails.

5. Terminating your profile/deletion of Personal Information

 

When using the Services you are required to create a profile containing certain data about yourself, should you wish to terminate your profile all the User's Personal Information, Additional Information and Health Import will be permanently terminated within 30 days of your termination. All Your Content will be anonymized or terminated within 30 days of termination. You can request termination of your profile and deletion of Personal Information in the Dynamic Pace app (Services) under "App Settings" >"Dynamic Pace Account".

6. Cookies

 

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

 

Like many websites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Services.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 12. In the case we, the Company, discover that a child under 12 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at PACE so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2023-06-25 and will remain in effect, except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being updated in this Policy on this page.

 

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
